AllCare Patient Policies
These Patient Policies have been put in place to Ensure Compliance and Optimize Patient Experience
Late Policy:
There is a 10 minute late policy. Patients that arrive 10 minutes or later to their appointment will not be seen and will need to reschedule. This ensures that all of our patients are seen on time and that providers can provide the best care.
No Show Policy:
Any patient who does not show up to their appointment will be responsible for a $50 no show fee on the first occurrence and $100 no show fee on any further occurrences. These fees must be paid prior in order to be seen by a provider again.
Cancellation Policy:
Any appointment that is not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a fee of $50 on the first occurrence and $100 per additional occurrence. This fee must be paid in order to be seen by our providers again.
Credit/Debit Card Policy:
A valid Credit Card or Debit Card must be on file in order to be seen at our office. This policy was added to combat excess outstanding patient balances that pose a threat to our offices wellbeing. This needs to be on file at check in or prior to scheduling an appointment.
UDS (Urine Drug Screen) Policy:
Any patient being prescribed a controlled substance must have a urine drug screen test. Depending on the schedule of the controlled substance these test may occur every 30 to 90 days and are mandatory to be prescribed or have any controlled substance refilled.
